1!.fresh strawberries, sliced bananas, 2 scoops of your favorite vanilla icecream, splash of milk!. Blend!.
2!.2 scoops of chocolate icecream, splash up milk, crush peppermints & put them in blender!. Blend
3!. 1 scoop of vanilla icecream,1 scoop of chocolate, cold coffee!. Blend!. mix in caramel if desired!.

Three or four scoops of Thrifty's French Vanilla, two cups of low fat milk, two scoops of Carnation malted milk, and two teaspoons of vanilla extract!. Add to blender and blend on high for at least 60 seconds!. Add more or less milk to liquidize to a consistency you like!. Add more or less malted milk to flavor as desired - I like more so I add at least three scoops (or tablespoons)!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
