The manufacturers of energy drinks say they are not intended for kids but that is normally meant for 12 and under!. You can have one!. As long as you use it for the reason it was made then you should be fine!. However, I would recommend drinking a glass of water with it as caffeine dehydrates us!. If you want to drink it just to drink it then I would not recommend doing this!.
Red Bull has 80mg of caffeine per serving!. Coffee starts at 85mg per serving!. However, Red Bull also has 27 grams of sugar in it!. But at least the Red Bull puts in some B vitamins which replace what caffeine depletes us of so in that way the Red Bull is better than coffee!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

A friend of mine once drank two Giant Monsters, and 3 regular Monsters in a 4 hour span!. She couldn't sleep that night, and she was shaking for hours on end!.

yes you can drink red bull!.just about the same amount as black coffee except red bull has a lot more sugar!.all this people are making a big deal,look if you are drinking as a energy drink then its fine!.if your just drinking it just because you feel like having one then i suggest to drink an Arizona a lot less sugar!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
