Purely preference but water does not add fat to the meal and does not curdle when it comes into contact with anything citrussy which milk would do!. Milk can make you sick if it meets lemon or lime or orange!.

Water!. If you don't have enough water in your body and you have an operation it's not good my dad tells me!. I know that if your urine is white your drinking enough water!. If it's yellow your not drinking enough!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
i would definitly say lowfat or fatfree milk!. this is becuase it has the same effects on your body as water, but mikhas nutritional value!. and not many americans get all the calcium they need to be healthy!
