Drinking a can of Red Bull now and then won't hurt anyone in general good health!. Problems arise when people over do it!. Like any other stimulant it can be abused and cause dependency!. I know people who drink 3 or 4 cans a day of this stuff!.
There are rumors of people dying after drinking Red Bull but in one case a person was mixing it with alcohol and another person reportedly drank Red Bull during an extreme workout!. Bad things to with any stimulants!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

Most problems, if in fact they are real, are the result of over consumption or existing health problems that had nothing to do with the Red Bull!.
If used as intended and in moderation there is no way that anything bad can happen to someone unless they happen to be allergic to an ingreditent!. The problem is to many people over consume these, as with many other things!. Then you have the problems that result from too much sugar or too much caffeine or both!.
People say it will give you a heart attack too but that is simply false!. It will elevate the heart rate but whoopdie freakind doo!. So do many other things like exercise, getting excited, being scared, whatever!. There are plenty of people that have existing heart problems and don't know it who have a heart attack or heart incedent from exerting themselves!.
