Question: Are sugary juices and sodas harmful for health!?

All juice has sugar!.!.!. It is a Natural sugar which is good for you, but not more than 3 -4 servings a day!.

Sodas are bad!. The acid in them eats the lining of your stomach whicn can cause problems later in life!. also sodas are much much higher in sugar than juice!.

Dring Juicy Juice which is 99% juice as opposed to made from concentrate juices!.

Green tea is good, if made properly!.!. As is black tea!.

any tea, if made with sugar twin, and juice is always better for you than a can of soda!.!.!.

a serving of juice is 4 oz at a time!.

Add koolaid with artificial sweetner to your diet, or lemonade!.

Sugar (in ANY form; natural or processed) is not good for you and is a leading cause of obesity all over the world!. Specifically, sugary sodas!.

Of course, moderation is key; it's perfectly fine to enjoy an occasional soda or dessert, but keep your intake to a minimum!. Kick that one or two non-diet sodas a day habit!.!.!.!. it's worse for you than smoking!.

As for High Fructose Corn Syrup (HFCS) the jury is still out on how much more harmful it for you than natural sugar although most people are beginning to avoid it!. Understandable, since it's now found in everything as a cheap alternative to natural sugar!.

I think natural sugar tastes better!.

They can be!. Most of them contain something called "high fructose, or high fructose corn syrup"!. These are chemicals man-made that can be harmful to our health if consumer on a regular bases!. And, drinks contain a lot more then foods and can be consumed in much higher amounts!. They're ok once and awhile though!.

definitely!! in order to grow up healthy and strong you need strong and healthy bones!.!.!.which come from calcium!.

soda strips the calcium from your bones, just like vinegar strips and egg of it's shell!.

these drinks are also very high in sugar, which can lead to: type 2 diabetes and also addiction to the highs and lows it gives us!.

Natural juice sugar is sweet but it is a more natural form of sugar that your body can handle better than processed sugar!. Tea is good for you unless you are anemic!. They can strip some of the iron from your system!. Everything is okay in moderation!. Www@FoodAQ@Com
