How do i quit drinking soda! Urgent! ?!


Question: How do i quit drinking soda! Urgent! !?
I need to loose weight, and I know drinking soda will help drastically!. I drink about 4 or 5 per day!. And I have been drinking soda for like my whole life, but not in those portions!. I have tried and I alwasy will drink one because its so much faster than pouring a glass of water, cus my family is conservative so we dont buy the bottles, and we recycle the cans!. I know, how is that any different , Idk but back on subject!.

I have tried to quit but I cant!. Its so hard!. How much will it effect my weight when I quit!? How should I quit!? Please give me some advice, I was thinking the powerade 0 calores, I mean there needs to be some kind of substitute to start with!? Www@FoodAQ@Com

They say that cutting out soda can result in a ten pound weight loss in a month or less with no other changes to your life!. If you add in exercise and even better eating habits you'll lose even more!.

Saying that a soda is faster than pouring a glass of water is just an excuse!. It only takes a few seconds to pour the water!. Besides, if speed is all you're worried about, you can drink the water much faster from a glass than the soda from a can!. So quit making excuses for your soda habit!.

If you really don't want it bad enough to switch to water right away, drinking diet or zero calorie drinks instead will help!. But, if you don't like them as much, will you still grab the regular ones!? You could also try juice as an alternative, just make sure it's real juice with no sugar added!.

Ultimately you need to take responsibility for your own actions!. If you grab the soda instead of water or juice, it's your own fault!.

Well first off, drinking soda is not healthy for you!. Soda contains items that are not meant for humans to consume!. Drinking soda occasionaly is fine!. But on a daily basis is bad!.

If soda is addicting for you then you have a problem!.

Drinking water everyday is better for you and will help you in the long run!.

Soda also ruins your bladder and makes your urine a dark yellow, and it will sometimes hurt you when you got to the bathroom!.

Replace your soda addiction with a water addiction and you will be much better!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

My husband used to drink a 2-liter of diet soda or more a day in the summer and slightly less in the winter!. He knows it is bad for him, but he just does not like water!.!.!.!.but!.!.!.!.he found a flavored, carbonated water he likes!. It's Sam's Clear Choice in Wal-Mart!. He will shake the bottles a bit and "work the carbonation" partially out!.!.!.!.but it has tremendously cut down his use of diet sodas!. Evenually, I hope to get him to drink plain water!.!.!.but, for now, this is better for him, at least, than the soda is!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

The only way to do it is just quit!. Soda is not crack, it's not all that hard, it's all in your mind!. I love a Coke too, and I buy it a lot, but I have just decided to stop for a month at a time, and done it!. Yes your body hates it, but that's when you find out how strong your willpower is!. its not that hard!.!.!. just don't drink it!.!. substitute with tea, or something!.!. If that is hard, try switching to some kind of punch first then make your way to tea and then just water!. Since you drink so much, try drinking one less a day or so until you can manage to have one a day!.

Forget the drink aide stuff!. allow yourself one juice per day, and one soda per day!. Go for the tea and water!. An energy drink now and again is okay too!. You can try the Monavie Acai drinks to better health, energy, and general well being!.

It will affect you in a BIG way!. Soda is full of carbs and "empty" calories!.

Buy and LOVE sparkling water, like Perrierre (sp)!. You can dd crystal Lite packets to these if you need more flavor!.

Eventually, just having the water carbonated will be a good-enough substitute!.

I used to hate diet soda, but I love it now!. Just find a kind you like!. The sweeter a regular soda is, the better the diet version tastes!. For example, my faves are Diet Dr!. Pepper, Diet Squirt, Diet Orange and Grape!. If you can't deal with diet soda!. Drink Iced T with artificial sweetner or Propel or something!. Cutting out the soda calories alone will cause weight loss!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

OMG I'm the same way I have drank soda my hole life and 2 months ago i quit drinking soda it was HARD!! but i just bought bottled water and bottled juices and stuff so i could just grad and go and its been 2 months and i have had no soda and ive lose 8 pounds and that's just from the soda because i have not changed anything elseWww@FoodAQ@Com

Tell yourself you don't need it until you believe it, because it is true!.

work your way off the sugary stuff!. i tend to drink the diet sodas first!. then i went to iced tea (regular not sugared)!. you'll finally know you kicked the soda thing when you don't mind the diet stuff occasionally and tend to favor iced tea or black coffee instead!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

just tell your family to stop buying soda and don't buy any yourself!. you'll miss it, but the only thing you have to resist is buying at the store!. it's a less tempting option than stopping yourself every time you're thirsty!.

cut a lemon skin on into portions small enough to put through the neck of a bottle and fill with water and refridgerate you can keep filling the bottle and it gives the water a nice tangy taste without it being sourWww@FoodAQ@Com

When you want a soda drink a glass of water first!. Only allow yourself soda after you've had some water first!. You'll find that you will drink less soda!. Then eventually it will take less effort for you to stop!. It works for me!.

DIET SODA!!! the stuff is great!. i love soda too and i switched to diet soda and now i cant even go back to regular sodas anymore!. they have 0 calories and are just as yummy!. its the best way to quit regular sodas!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

Try just cutting back, or put a pitcher of cold water in the fridge!. Buy some powerade 0 calories and then fill up with water and keep in the fridge!. Try crystal light, try putting lemon in your water!. Try diet soda!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

dont purchase any soda products,what you have to do is not see it!.
you should buy bottled water (cold) like 24 packs and once you see them more an likely you get it instead of getting soda!.

Try mixing half club soda, which is basically carbonated water with your soda so you get use to taste!. It won't be as sweet and slowly add more club soda and less regular soda until you wean yourself of the sugar taste!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
