Question: Why does drinking a lot of water make me have to pee so bad!?
But when I drink a lot of pop and juice, I don't have to pee so bad!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Water does not need all the 'processing' that soda and other liquids do and get to your system more quickly to hydrate you!. Once the body gets the signal that plenty of water is available it unloads the stored water from the rest of your system!. When water is not ingested in sufficient quantities the body goes into 'Drought' mode to conserve water to keep the body core working!. Once the 'Drought' is over it releases this stored water!.
I once used a different 'system' of eating, which required drinking a lot of water during the day, and in the first week I lost 15 pounds, most of which was water!. I wasn't as 'puffy' in the arms and legs after that!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Water is all water!. Soda has sugar, caffeine, and other ingredients in it!. You are not actually get 12 ounces of water when you drink a 12 ounce can of soda!. Juice is the same!. Natural sugars and some solid fruit pieces in it!. Even smooth juice with no pulp has some parts of the fruit in it or else it would not have the color and flavor!. So an 8 ounce serving of juice does not have 8 ounces of water in it!.

Plus sodas have sodium and caffeine in them!. Sodium makes you retain water and caffeine takes more water to process than soda does so it takes extra water from your body!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

also make sure you hydrate with fresh juices also with vegetable or fruit matter!.

your pee is suppose to be nearly clear!.!.!. if it's not!.!. more water!.


sodas, alcohol and other fluids that aren't natural are dehydrants!.!.!. believe it or not!.!.!. the more sugars and additives the more the body has to struggle to filter it out!.

lesser junk in your body, more water and better, more natural things!.
