Answers:
smoking is bad for your lungs, and drinking bad for your liver!.

but i have never heard of somebody wrecking a car and killing a family because they smoked to many ciggarettes!. but people drink too much and there is alot of car accidents that kill people!.

i think drinking is worse just because of that!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

Depends on hundreds of factors; from the person doing the smoking/drinking and their health and/or genetics, to the amount being consumed!.

Despite what you think, nearly anything consumed in moderation is typically not harmful, and that includes both smoking and alcohol!.

I'm not sure how they can be considered "sinful!." While alcohol may be a cause behind people doing bad things, the people should be the ones held responsible for their action and responsible drinkers should not be punished!.

We have also learned, from the United States' history with alcohol prohibition, that banning something does not necessarily curb its use and may ultimately lead to increased crime!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

Smoking is harmful to your body however it doesn't cause as many problems as Alcohol can!. Alcohol causes you to bloat for guys and girls so if you workout drinking is not good at all!. It leaves you also dehydrated and it is a toxin!. Smoking is harmful to however it is harmful mostly in long term effects rather then in short term effects!. so drinking would be more harmful for short and long term effects verses smoking!. Drinking is not bad if it's done in moderation!. Drinking a glass of red wine every day is even considered healthy!. So of course if you over-indulge is bad, but what isn't if it's consumed in excess!?
Smoking harms no matter how much you smoke, the quantity doesn't really play such a big role in the long run!. People get cancer from a few cigarettes a day!.
So smoking is worse(i say that even though i smoke sometimes too)Www@FoodAQ@Com

Considered sinful !? I don't think so !.
They already tried to ban alcohol !.!.!. It caused the golden era of organized crime in America!.
Cigarettes , I would love to see them made illegal !.!.!. but the government is not about to give up the tax income no matter how harmful smoking is to the population (hypocrites in government)Www@FoodAQ@Com

its both bad!. Of course you can argue that cigarettes only harm yourself!. but second hand smoke is bad!. my husband had a friend who partied on the weekend only and just drank on the weekend!. one day at basketball practice he kept complaining how his side and his body was hurting so bad!. they thought he was just trying to get out of practice!. long story short a couple weeks later he was in the hospital and was diagnosed with liver cancer!. by the end of the summer he died!. so i dont even believe in occasionally drinking!.

its both badWww@FoodAQ@Com

The problem is that the, oxygen is cut off to your brain, with both!. If people think that that is ok in moderation, then they must have already killed too many brain cells!. The other thing about smoking, that no one seems to want to mention, is that it ruins other peoples bodies, that have never smoked a day in their own lives!. both deform babies, and cause birth defects and brain damage!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

They're both bad for you in excess!. Smoking is just a nasty habit that costs a lot of money and makes you stink! However there are people out there that never smoked a day in their life and they still end up with lung cancer!. Alcohol is bad for your liver but in moderation isn't going to do any harm!. In fact, there are proven benefits to drinking a glass of red wine every day!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Doing either to excess will kill you!. Alcohol will kill you faster!. Doing either in moderation will not kill you, although there are relatively few people who can smoke in moderation before addiction takes over!.

As far as banning it, been there done that!. Read your history about Prohibition!. Did you know the Mafia promoted the Prohibition law!? Why!? Because it opened up the bootlegging industry!. We can thank Prohibition for bringing the Mafia into our country in force, so to speak!.

What would that mean for cigarettes!? Nicotine itself is not bad for you (although addictive)!. It's the substances in the tobacco and all the other filler stuff in the cigarette!. So sure, make cigarettes an illegal substance and you will invite a whole new batch of lawbreakers to cater to those who still want to smoke!. Now you're creating a new class of criminal, who will not care what kind of poison is in the cigarette!. We've seen it happen already with illegal drugs!.

What's the sin!? Yes, it's wrong to kill a family of four in a car accident, but it's neither more or less wrong because alcohol was involved!. You're certainly free to disapprove of something, but speaking of sin, remember that "judge not!.!.!." thing!? WWJD!?

In my opinion i'd choose alcohol coz here's why:

Diabetes-also a leading source

Drunk Driving-killing someone or getting killed

Cirrhosis-a consequence of chronic liver disease characterized by replacement of liver tissue by fibrous scar tissue as well as regenerative nodules (lumps that occur as a result of a process in which damaged tissue is regenerated), leading to progressive loss of liver function!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

Depends on the amount you do each!. If you smoke so much that you are harming your lungs, but don't drink so that your liver is harmed then smoking!. But is could be flipped!. Drinking wine is actually good for your heart, just not too much!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

India is banning smoking in public places!.
also a plan is on to ban drinks too!.

Smoking is the most addictive!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
