Answers:
Just a couple a week should not do much to you!. It will not have long term effects on you!. Long term effects usually result from regular over use of them!. Heavy coffee drinks have the same problems!.

1!. Just don't drink any within at least 4 hours of going to be or you will have problems sleeping!.

2!. Drink water with them to offset the dehydrating effects of caffeine!. When dehydrated we become tired and can get headaches as well as other aches and pains in our bodies!. Plus water is a natural energizer itself!.

3!. As long as you burn off more calories at the end of the day then what you consume then you won't gain wait even with it having 110 calories per serving!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

nervousness, irritability, sleeplessness, increased urination, abnormal heart rhythms, decreased bone levels, and stomach upset, spikes and crashes in blood sugar!. dehydration, nausea, abnormal heart rhythms and emergency room visits!.

Been there, done that, I don't recommend it!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Possibly, but it won't exactly kill you!. People hype over how detrimental they are too your health, but it's only an energy drink!.!.!.
Anyway, drink away; just don't over-do it!.
And stick with monsters!. They're the best!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I drank energy drinks all the time and I'm fine!.!. but I guess it's different for everyone!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
