Why is it when you shake soda it bubbles up and overflows?!

Question: Why is it when you shake soda it bubbles up and overflows!?
Answers:
The liquid is infused with carbon dioxide gas!. When stable (not shaken) the gas remains in the liquid in very tiny bubbles, which is what gives it that fuzzy mouth feel!. When you shake it or pour it into a glass, the gas bubbles bump into each other and form bigger and bigger bubbles, eventually the bubbles become big enough to break the surface tension of the liquid holding them in!. As they rise, other ingredients in the liquid (mostly the sugar) cling to the outside of them, and the foam on to is the result!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

It's because of the carbonation!.!.!. if you really want to see your soda bubble drop one of those mint mentos into a diet coke!. It HAS to be the mint kind though,,, and if you do it, you really should do it outside!Www@FoodAQ@Com

because of the cadron waterWww@FoodAQ@Com
