Coka Cola, North America. How big's the (glass) bottle?!

Question: Coka Cola, North America!. How big's the (glass) bottle!?
We've been metricified here in Great Britain and the contents of Coke in a glass bottle is 330cl (whatever that is), which I recon (looking at it) must be about 8fl oz!.

also available from bars, is smaller bottles for mixing with spirits (at extortionate prices)!

Have Coke bottles changed in size over the years!? And is Pepsi still available in glass bottles!? It is here, but only in the smaller version, available in bars!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
I know that 8 ounce bottles are still sold!. Due to recycling laws, most places charge a pretty large bottle deposit on top of the price of a six pack, so very few actually get sold!.

When I was a kid, the standard glass coke bottle was 20 ounces!.

You can still buy the big boy cokes at Mexican markets and in Mexico!. also they use cane sugar instead of corn sweetener and the flavor is amazing!.

We don't get tiny glass bottles for bars!. Bars use a fountain system and buy soda in the form of concentrated syrup that they mix with soda water as they serve it!.

As far as pepsi goes, I have no idea!. I can't stand the stuff!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Yes!. Over the years they have gone from 12 or 16 oz!. glass bottles to 16 or 20 oz!. plastic bottles, but if you look hard enough!. You can find the 16 oz!. glass bottles!. Pepsi is pretty much the same as coke as bottles go!. Meaning they have gone through the same changes over the years!. Hope this helped!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
