Why does raisins float in soda ? ?!

Question: Why does raisins float in soda !? !?
& why does cutting the raisins in half and soaking it in water for 1 hour makes the raisins float and sink better!? Www@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
idk about the water but a raisin floats in soda because the air bubbles get trapped in the wrinkles of the raisin and lift it up!.!.!.if that makes senseWww@FoodAQ@Com

I think that they float in soda just because that a raisin is less dense than soda, than it floats, just like a pineapple floats in water I think!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
