Question about Red Bull Energy Drink?!

Question: Question about Red Bull Energy Drink!?
I read in an article that a can of red bull can increase chances of having a stroke even for young people!. Does this include sugar free red bull or not!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
It is from the caffeine and other stimulants not the sugar!. But then those stimulants do not do any more work on the body then exercising will!. So no matter what people say or what weird article they bring up one single drink of Red Bull or another energy drink simply will not be the cause of someone having a stroke!.

The reason is because they already have a problem that leads to it in the first place!. They would have had one anyhow!. It does not matter what it is triggered by!. But people keep blaming the energy drink for others being unhealthy!. Hey, I have a great idea!. Lets blame the people who are unhealthy to begin with and leave the drinks out of it!

UNLESS!.!.!.!.they drink too many of them!. But then you still can't blame that on the drink either!. You can only blame that on the person for not being able to show some self control and moderation!. People over do things all of the time including energy drinks!. Yet others still blame the drinks for the morons!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

One can contains 80 mg of caffeine, around the same as a normal cup of brewed coffee!. But according to Australian medical researchers, just one can of the Sugar-Free Red Bull can increase the risk of heart attack or stroke!.
