I think people would panic and throw fits!.I've noticed people can not live without something they use every single day,even if it is only for one day!.Take for example where I live,the apt complex had a water issue and it was turned off for about 10 hours!.People were walking around the complex complaining!.
I think if a whole entire city went without water people would panic,they would rush to the grocery stores and buy up every single thing that contained water,much like they do when a hurricane happens
and for some reason I think people would riot and cause fires that couldn't be put out,Some would blame the mayor or even president,gas prices would go up and people would try their best to get in front of a cnn camera and claim race was the factor in shutting down water because the "poor" can only drink tap water and can't afford soda and that's why it was turned off!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
