Answers:
I'm not big on pre-flavored coffees because they do tend to taste like chemicals, but using an all natural do it yourself vanilla would work without the ick factor!. But you'd have to work on it to get the amounts just right!.

Use real whole vanilla pods!.

Store the whole pod in the beans or ground coffee!.

If you grind your own throw the pod in the grinder!.

Score the pod and open it up!. Run the knife down the inside and scrape the goodness into the grounds just before brewing!.

Make a vanilla milk or vanilla sugar to add to brewed coffee!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I tend to be a coffee purist!. I roast my own beans, and how many people do you know who do that!?

I usually say I don't like flavored coffee, but I've had some I really liked!. But flavored coffee -beans- don't work!. For some reason, I don't know why!. Maybe they lose something in grinding and brewing!. I suspect they're just sprayed with some chemical or something!. The flavor is always artificial!.

You make flavored coffee by adding the flavor to the COFFEE after it is brewed!. There's no reason you couldn't dribble a few drops of vanilla extract into the coffee, or over the grounds before you brew the coffee!.

Something that's really good in coffee is cardamom!. Add a pod or three to the beans when you grind them!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
