Purified and distilled water are better than all of those listed!.
Spring water is just from a natural source!. There is no way to tell what is in it!. They normally filter or purify it!. So if that is the case then it will be fine to use!.

Tap water!. This is very basically cleaned!. I would not recommend it without having a home purification system!. Just like I would not recommend drinking spring water that was not purified!.
Filtered water!. This is the next basic cleaning above what tap water gets!. Filters remove just enough to improve taste and odor!. They really don't do anything for any health concerns that may be in the water!.

Spring and natural are really the same!.!. They are both pure as can be!. Tap water has many minerals so it's not bad but it may taste worse then others!. Drain and pipe water may not be such a good choice for you, due to contaminates!.

Settled tap water is fine, just put it in a jug in the fridge overnight!. All the impurities sink to the bottom, it costs next to nothing and you haven't got all the wasted energy and plastic that comes with buying bottled water and you haven't got to keep buying filters!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
