I don't think you should drink it again, without getting tested for allergies!. I've heard of people being allergic to it, if they're allergic to pollens!. I found lots of info online!. Check this out (link is below) -
"The use of herbs is a time-honored approach to strengthening the body and treating disease!. Herbs, however, can trigger side effects and can interact with other herbs, supplements, or medications!. For these reasons, herbs should be taken with care, under the supervision of a health care provider!.
German chamomile is considered generally safe!.
Chamomile may make asthma worse, so people with asthma should not take it!.
Pregnant women should avoid chamomile because of the risk of miscarriage!.
If you are sensitive to asters, daisies, chrysanthemums, or ragweed, you may also be allergic to chamomile!.
Drinking large amounts of highly concentrated chamomile tea may cause vomiting!."
If I felt bad after drinking or eating anything, I'd quit using it!.
Try other teas, just check the ingredients for chamomile!. There are so many good ones out there!. If you don't have one, get an infuser (tea ball) and experiment with your own blends!. Try Lavender, basil, mint, lemon verbena, rosemary, etc!. I like growing my own herbs and making my own infusions!.

the one question i have is are you allergic to chrythaman flowers if so stay away from chamomile normally it is good for you but clearly its not for you!. one other question is what kind of sweetener do you use!? i have found that fake sweetners react with herbal teas in odd ways so i always use honey or natural sweetners like raw sugar or powerdered stevia(an herbal sweetner found in health food stores) in my teas!.not only are the better for you in the long run the also taste better and you don't have the chemical aftertaste!. I didnt get a headache, but I definitely felt kinda sick to my stomach after drinking it!. I don't have any food allergies whatsoever which is why I was surprised!. I tend to stay away from chamomile since then, but there are so many other great teas, including Rooibus, Honeybush, and the usual green tea, white tea, black teas, and oolong teas!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
