Question: Ozarka water- blue *cap now easier to open!?

Anyone else find it a little funny that the Ozarka bottled water with the blue caps are very difficult to open!? Despite the message on the bottle saying *cap now easier to open versus our previous cap!? It has a little strip you are supposed to peel off to open the cap, yet the strip always breaks before you can pull it off completely!. Who told them this was easier!?!Www@FoodAQ@Com
