Starbucks-- application problem (again)?!

Question: Starbucks-- application problem (again)!?
On their application they ask for your previous employers, and what if previous jobs are unrelated to the job I'm applying for!? (that's barista)

I haven't really worked before as I just turned 16, but I've done work experience with Starbucks before-- does this mean without experience I won't be hired!?

There seems to be some complication with the SB job applications!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
You should always put your work history!. Doesn't have to related!. It just tells the employer you have a job history and from that he can find out what kind of transferable skills you have!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

put any work experience you have!. Even any volunteer work you've done in your community or school!. As far as your age goes that can set you back!. I work for starbucks and know they don't like to hire minors( child labor laws)!.good luck!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Just say that you have worked in there for work exp!. and put down the person who was in charge of you when you were thereWww@FoodAQ@Com

They mean any previous employers, related or not!.
If you have no work experience just leave it blank!. Www@FoodAQ@Com
