Barista at a local coffee shop?!
Just got a job as a barista at a new local coffee shop, they aren't open yet and I'm just a little nervous about how this is going to work out for me!.
I've never done work like this before and tonight I'm going up there to get a "cheat sheet" what is going to be on the cheat sheet!? What should I expect to learn at my new job, and is it difficult!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Trust me, being a barista is super easy work!. Just remember how to make the drinks correctly and read the codes the cashiers will put on the cup and you'll do fine!. You'll remember without looking at the cheat sheet in about 2 weeks!. When you get a rush, start speeding up and you're customers will be happier! You will probably have to learn how to make the coffee, how much milk to add if someone requests milk in their coffee and there's not a self-serve counter, the different flavored syrups if applicable, how to work the register, what needs to be done before you go home for the night/end of your shift, etc!.

dont even worry about it!.!.i know its nerve wrecking to start a new job!.!.and a COFFEE shop job!.!.!.your probably freaking out cuz u dont know how to do anything, steam milk, you have to remember all the drinkings!. all that stuff, but youll learn so quickly and its so much fun cuz u get to interact with people allll day, i know how you feel!. have fun with it and goodluckWww@FoodAQ@Com
