Can Energy drinks like Red bull and Monster be bad for you or cause heart attacks?!

Question: Can Energy drinks like Red bull and Monster be bad for you or cause heart attacks!?
Sometimes I just need some extra energy so I was thinking about trying one, but I have heart palpitations and I was wondering if they could cause heart problems or had any side effects like increasing cancer risk!? Idk, I've heard a lot of things about them!. Would it be okay to drink them in moderation!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

i dont think they can give you a heart attack, or cause any serious injury!. they can be really bad if you drink more than they say you should which is you shouldnt drink any more than 3 a day!. if you only drink energy drinks like monster and stuff like once a week, youll be ok!. To answer your question, yes its fine if you only drink them sometimes!. I drink monster usually once a week and nothing has happened!. Just dont drink it everyday or have more than 3 in one day!. if you drink 2 bottles of monster right away 12- you'll pass out just don't drink a lot and it can increase the cancer thingy and it could cause sersurs and heart dieses and all that bad stuffWww@FoodAQ@Com

and their is also a warning on the side for people sensitive to caffeine so I would be cautious Www@FoodAQ@Com
