Is caffeine bad for a diet? I usually drink 2-3 cups a day, and one before I sleep with low fat milk, ..bad?!
I love my coffee, i add sweetner and feel like its a treat!. It does not keep me awake either so I dont fear insomnia!. Im more concerned about what effects it may have on my diet!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

It can cause some problems with your liver and cholesterol, depending on the Strength, type of beans and preparation, and whether or not you filter it through a cloth or bag (you should)!.
Too much of anything is never good, especially coffee!.
But, 1-2 cups a day at regular strength (ie:dark roast drip), or say, 2 small lattes are fine!.
Coffee can leach calcium from your body, so drinking it with milk or etc!., is best!.

I start drink coffee more than 3 cups a day since I was 20+ , now I am 60+ still alive and kicking, I am not sure the it bad for you, I drink coffee or not before I go to bed I still can sleep!. One fine day some one might found out that the caffeine is good for you, so do not waste your time, let drink coffee!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
