Do energy shots really work? ?!
got some "fuel 7 hr energy shot" from cvs, and i was just wondering if they work, and if so, how well do they work!?
the one i have has:
4 calories
120 mg of vitamin c
30 mg of niacin
32 mg of vitamin B6
400 mcg of folic acid
and 200 mcg of vitamin B12
