Is Gatorade bad for you?!
I would say no!. It's good for when it's hot outside and you are sweating, losing electrolytes and such!. But my mother says the sugar in it is gonna make me gain weight!.
There isn't even a lot of sugar in Gatorade!. -_-;

Gatorade doesn't have as much sugar as cola, but it's still a lot!. There's also the artificial colors!. It's fine in moderation, but your mom is right, you should drink more water! You could also switch to G2, which doesn't contain sugar, if it will please your mom!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
It is probably fine like you said when it's hot out and you are sweating and especially if you are exercising!. The original purpose of Gatorade was to replenish the electrolytes and energy (calories) of football players in the hot Florida sun!. If you are not burning massive calories like those guys, you might start gaining!.

There is hardly any sugar in gatorade, but there is something else!. This stuff made of sugar, and they use it instead of sugar so they can say there is not sugar!.!. if you get me!.
It's not good for you when you are sitting around and not doing any heavy sports, or even when you do some sports, its not good, you may not sweat enough (yoga, pilates even some karate if you don't have a work-out session)!.
But if you are doing things like soccer, hockey, cross-country, track, etc, gatorade is fine!.
Never drink it within a few hours from bed-time!. It doesn't help your sleeping pattern one bit!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Gatorade isn't bad if you excersize EVERY DAY!. Because excersize burns calories, you'd drink the electrolytes in gtorade and use it for energy, along with the 250 calories in every bottle!. :(
