I get it that energy drinks are very bad, but?!
what ingrediants make them bad!? What are the long term side effects!? Is there one that stands out as the worst of them all!? I don't drink Red Bull because it has a very low content of B12 in it!. I like the sugar free energy drinks!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

To give your body energy is the point!.!. Energy drinks do this in a false way!.!. If you want to be healthy and have energy then you have to cover all nutritional bases and know how to do this correctly!.!. For example, eatung food that is non processed, such as fruits and veggies!.!.stay awy from processed sugars such as white sugar and pasta and white bread!.!.mkae reak sure you have a good source of protein in your diet every day as this is a buliding block fo your body!.!. also make sure you are getting the right vitamins not just any one!.!. 99% of vitamins are not even tested for absorbability!.!. and pass straight thru the body as a pill!.
I use Shaklee Protein because it is a complete Protein, and has been clinically tested for the body's compatibility!.!.It is cold processed and has calcium to balance the ph after it is made so it is easy to digest!.!.and it has all the Amino acids in it for complete nutrition!.!.

I've heard the Cocain energy drink is probably the worst!. They actually took it off the market and had to change some ingredients!. I'd say the next is Redline!. Grown men have been hospitalized from drinking too much!. I drink it!. Just cause I'm addicted to it!. It really does give you more than enough energy, though!. It's like a drug!. They're not real specific about what is in it!. They have ways of listing ingredients in different words so you won't really know exactly!. I do know Redline has 250mg of caffeine!. Yikes!
