My favorite right now is Mexican Organic Nayarit, dry processed!.
Roasted in an I-ROAST 2 home roaster to a City+!.
I do a pour over method of brewing after I have ground the beans to a fine grind on a BARATZA MAESTRO PLUS grinder!.
Just a hint of Blueberry in the taste!.!.!.Not added!.!.!.it's a flavor that is actually in the bean, naturally!.!.!.
