milk, like anything else, has calories, so you have to drink in moderation- you are supposed to have 3 glasses a day while you are growing, so as long as you don't drink a couple of quarts of milk a day, you will be fine!. and don't add chocolate flavor to the milk, that would add calories, too!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Everything you eat can make you gain weight!. Milk will, too, if you drink too much!. However, it is healthy and studies have shown that women who drink milk with breakfast (it's that they actually eat breakfast) are slimmer than those who don't!. However, this won't happen if you over eat otherwise!.

It is better to drink 2% milk because it has less fat - but only if you like it!. Milk has calcium and may keep you from developing osteoprosis at an early age!. There are other benefits, too!. It will help keep you healthy where diet sodas will not!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Depends on what kind of milk!. Whole milk makes you bigger, slim milk makes you slimmer!. The 1% and 2% are just in-between!. Plus, if you're lactose intolerant to a small degree, milk can make you bloat!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
