What to use to weigh soda?!
It's for my science project!. I'm testing if you shake up different brands of soda, will they spew the same amount!? (they will be shaken a the same rate) then I have to weight it right after I shake it and all the fizz comes out of the can!. i don't have a stinking scale!!! My teacher doesn't have one either where do you think I could get one!? Www@FoodAQ@Com

I would use volume instead of weight!. In the case of a liquid substance it will be more accurate!.
So, a can of soda is 12 oz!. That will be your starting volume, unshaken!.
Do your shaking and fizzing and spewing!.!.!. then pour what's left into a beaker to measure how many ounces remain!.
If you want to be more accurate still, measure the volume in mililiters!. In this case, your starting volume will be 355mL!. Your beakers at school will probably be marked with mL rather than ounces anyway!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I think the easiest thing to do is to measure the ammount of ounces with a measuring cup!. This is better becuase you are measuring the volume of it, not the weight!.
Hope this helps and Good luck, I would love to know your results after you have finished!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I would measure it in grams (g)!. But im Canadian so i dunno!. also, you could order a scale off the internet like Ebay or you could buy one from Walmart for about 30$ (digital scale) and just return it after you're done!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
ummm!.!.!.try going to the supermarket and using their scales if they'll let you!? or else borrow like your neighbor's or friend's scale (not digital one or your readings won't be accurate but rounded)!. good luck! hope i helped!!! :)Www@FoodAQ@Com
You could just measure the mililitres left in the bottle after shaking it then convert it to ounces!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Postal Scale - you can find them at Walmart / Office Depot, etc!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
