I used a concoction of vinegar, warm water and baking soda, I mixed it in the pot then ran it through the maker after I've run the liquid cleaner and a brushed out the inside of the maker!.

The baking soda will fizz miz slowly allowing the fiz not to over flow the potWww@FoodAQ@Com

its just coffee or tea stains that is stuck there!. this is because once u scrub the pot, u will remove partially of the protected layer of the pot and once its been taken off, the stains will easily be stuck there!. on cleaninng wise, i'm not that sure but u can try any acidic stuff like bicarbonate soda or washing detergent and leave it over night then scrub it with a metal scrub which is used for scrubbing pots!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
