Is there anything that will give me more energy, besides coffee and soda?!
Coffee stains my teeth (braces) and soda is high in sugar so if there is anything else that can give me energy in the mornings that would be soo great if you could tell me :)

Well you can try healthy energy drinks!. I will tell you a bit about them after covering a few basics first!.
1!. Get plenty of sleep!. There simply is no replacement!. All of the stimulants in the world will only do so much for so long if we don't get enough sleep!.
2!. Drink plenty of water!. It is a natrual energizer and increasese metabolism naturally!. I always drink 2 glasses first thing wehn I wake up!. When we are dehydrated we become tired!. We need 1 oz for every 2 pounds of body weight plus 8 more oz for every 20 minute of exercise or heavy activity we do!. With hot/dry days and climates even more is needed!. We can get some water from food and other drinks!. However, caffeine and alcohol both dehydrate us so they do not count towards water intake!. In fact extra water must be consumed to offset the dehydrating effects!.
3!. Get a good breakfast!. No matter how much sleep, nutrition, and water we get we still need fuel to keep us going and breakfast is just that!.
4!. Take a good quality multi vitamin/mineral supplement!. No matter how good our diets are we all must supplement!. The RDA/RDI was established as the minimums needed to prevent nutritional deficiency diseases!. For optimal health we need more!. We cannot get it all from our diet or we would overeat!. Most storebought supplements are not worth the money and won't work very well!.
5!. Adding a good quality multi B complex for enrgy to the multi vitamin will work too!. also a good quality Ginseng with Ginko Biloba also does wonders!.
6!. Drinking green tea with your breakfast or when taking your suplements will help too!. It increases our metabolism and has less then have the cafeine of coffee and energy drinks but it is still enough to give us a little added boost!.
Now with all of the above basics we should not have to rely on coffee, energy drinks, and sodas just to get us going every day!. Don't get me wrong though!. We all still need a boost from time to time but far too many people rely on having too much caffeine becasue they do not follow the basics!.
Now for the healthy energy drinks!. XS Energy started the healthy energy drink craze 7 years ago!. They are the 2nd largest selling energy drink (regular or healthy) behind Red Bull!. They put in a ton of B vitamins for energy and took out the sugar!. They have 0 sugar, 0 carbs, 8 calories and are low in sodium!. Out of their 10 great tasting flavors 3 of them have caffeeine free versions too for those that are sensitive or get enough cafeine from the green tea!. These are sold exclusively thorugh Amway distributors as are good quality nutritional supplements that are well worth the money!. You probably know someone that is part of Amway so talk to them first!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
