It may be that you aren't eating enough!. Humans are one of the few species that can't tell the difference between hunger and thirst!. Sound weird!? Try not eating all day but drink water and you will feel sooooo thirsty, but once you eat you won't feel thirsty anymore!. In the evenings after dinner you feel like you need a snack but you are actually thirsty!. It's one of those cruel games our body plays on us!. One thing I can recommend is that you drink a lot of water, stay away from soda because it's terrible, and put a small pinch of salt in every 3rd glass of water you drink!. Salt, in small doses, helps the body retain water!. Www@FoodAQ@Com
first, start by stopping drinking the coke and gatorade, and high sugar products!. they will cause you to become more thirsty than you are!.
second, lay off the salt
next, if it continues, contact your doctor!. You could be developing diabetis, since escessive thirst is one of the diabetic symptoms!.

I don't know what word you left out( hours, days, years!?) but you must be dehydrated, and drinking pop makes you even more dehydrated!. The best thing is to continue drinking the water!. The feeling of thirst is your body telling you it's dehydrated, so you should try not to even get to that point!. And pretty much anything with sugar will dehydrate you more!.!.!.!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Some people say to drink milk but water is the best thing for you to drink instead of pop!. If you have been thirsty for more than a few days and you are not eating or drinking salty things (doesn't Gatorade have salt/sodium in it!?) then have a doctor check you out for Diabetes!. Www@FoodAQ@Com
It can be a sign of many health conditions, including diabetes!. Have you increased your exercise, or eaten a diet very high in sodium recently!? Those are some other possibilities!. You should see a doctor, especially if this is a change from before without a reason!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
I would keep up with the water but if it persists I would call a doctor!. Being really thirsty can sometimes be a sign of diabetes, or just a cold of some kindWww@FoodAQ@Com
Sometimes extreme thirst is a symptom of something else, like diabetes!. Drink lots of water and check in with a doc!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
YOu must just be really dehydrated so just keep on drinking ONLY water!.!.!.!.water is the best thing and it will help it go away faster!!Www@FoodAQ@Com
sometimes being thirsty all the time has to do with being diabetic maybe you should look into that!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
