I used to but now I don't like tea that much but it relaxes me for bed so how do i make it more pleasant?!

Try a different kind of tea!. Chamomile for instance is very relaxing, and has a different flavor than black tea!. Mint tea is relaxing, and is also good for your stomach, and is naturally minty (though a pinch of sugar helps)!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
how about changing your tea!?have you tried sleepytime tea from celestial seasonings!? it doesn't have the aftertaste regular tea can have!. you don't need alot of sugar either!. chamomile is relaxing and mild too!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
