My favourite black tea used to be Darjeeling, but currently I prefer Ceylon tea!. In particular there is a tea from an estate called Glen Alpine, sold in Australia by T2, that's delicious!. I prefer tea with milk!.
There is a tea by Mariage Freres, from Paris, which has vanilla and black tea, which is delicious, as well as their Casablanca tea, which is flavoured with Morroccan mint and bergamot!. An expensive indulgence!.
Tea bags: I prefer Dilmah Ceylon Tea, or Twinings!.
Purchased herb tea: Lemon Wintergreen by Republic of Tea (available in the US, but sadly no longer in Australia)!.
Home-grown herb tea: a type of mint grown in my aunt's garden in Germany, which I've never found anywhere else!. It was grown from seedlings imported from Transylvania!. It's delicious and will cure any stomach ache!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
