HELP! How can I drink more water?!?!
I can't drink water the way I used to!. I just can't drink it unless I'm really thirsty!. Is there anything I can add to the water (without sugar), to make it more "enjoyable" where I'll want to drink it!? :(

I use Crystal light to flavor mine (I have the same issue you do!) You can get it in tubs that make a pitcher full or you can get single servings that you can put in an 8 oz bottle!. It's sugarfree but doesn't taste like it so it's pretty good!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I also like mintwater products!. They have several flavors!. No sugar or splenda-it's pure water w/ a hint of mint and extract of the flavor you choose! You can buy it at Whole Foods or a health food store!.

Try eating something dry, like trail mix!. It will definitely make you want to drink water!.
-squeeze some lemon into your water!.
-make tea with water!.
-try adding "fake" sugars, like Splenda (it's sugar free)!.
-exercise more!. you'll be thirstier, and you'll immediately reach for your water bottle
-think about all the toxins you'll eliminate!.

personally i can't enjoy flavoured water i dunno how ppl do!.
i used to have a problem drinking enough water coz i'm busy at work and don't have time to go get it from the snack bar or cafteria etc!.!.
i started to keep water bottles where they are visible every where
i spend 9 hours at work so i keep a mini of 3-4 bottles (not too cold) on my desk so when ever i come back to the office i'll find water available!.
and u can't really drink alot all at once, keep the bottle with you!.

have a contest with someone!. Who can drink the most water a day!. it helped me get through my water problem!.

You can add fresh squeezed lemon juice to change it up alittle, but water is really good for you, just stop buying the sodas and other cafine drinks!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Coolade is the best way to go!. i mean sure it does have a lot of sugar in it but just put half the amount the pack tells you!. sure it may be sour but it's close to water with some flavor at least!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

i use lemon juice sometimes!.!.!. just a small amount!.!.!. also i noticed when i whistle alot i am ALWAYS drinking water because it dries out my mouth!.!. so that might be something to try :)Www@FoodAQ@Com
