I wouldn't say "kill" you but they really aren't the best for you at all!. Try a different type of energy drink that has more fruit in it that will give you the energy that you need!. May not give you that taste you like from the Red Bull but it is so much better for you in the long run!! Less health problems you would have to deal with later on!.

Hope this helps!!!Www@FoodAQ@Com

I would say NO, but it is harming you due to high amounts of sugars and caffeine!. This is not a good combo for your body health wise!. If you are really into energy drinks like me, do what I did!. Check out efusjon!. This is the wave of the future for energy drinks that is all natural and has no added sugar or caffeine!. This is actually extremely good for you!. Check out the below website to do your own research but this is the way to go!!

The large amount of sugar is not good (same with a lot of things)!. The amount of caffeine in a can of red bull is similar to 2 cups of coffee, so not that extreme!.

Red Bull makes a sugar free version that may be a slightly better option!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

some energy drinks have caffeine in the equivalent of 12 cans of soda!.!.!. draw your own conclusionsWww@FoodAQ@Com

Even Rechargeable batteries go bad!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.YESWww@FoodAQ@Com
