Is boiling water always hot? if not, why not?!


Question: Is boiling water always hot!? if not, why not!?
Answers:
Boiling is a function of pressure!. Therefor, in a total vacuum, water will boil at a much lower temp than 212!. (0C, I think, or it is absolute zero!? I forget) In any case, water can boil when it is not "hot" given certain conditions!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
