It depends on how sensitive to caffeine you are!. For some people it really affects them and you can end up with palpitations or "nervous" heart!.!.!.and it can be uncomfortable!. For others they aren't as affected!. I would say overall energy drinks are bad for you for a couple of reasons - you start to need more and more if you get used to drinking them (just like a coffee addiction)!.!.!.and you may get a burst of energy at first, but then you will crash big time later, and that sends your blood sugar/insulin into frantic peaks and lows!.!.!.!.and that's not good for your system!. Red Bull has the same content as a cup of coffee with 3 spoons of sugar!. is that bad for your heart!? no man just dont drink redbulls like its your job!. limit your self to one redbull a day and not a minimum of 6 hours before bedtimeWww@FoodAQ@Com

i have noticed that my pulse goes from 88 to 95+ after two red bulls and i get shaky after the third one!. not bad if used in moderation!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

Yes it is!. My heart hurted real badly & I had a headache after drinking 3 cans of redbull!.
