Is a Monster energy-drink really bad for you?!

Please read the can!. The serving size is two per can!. That may not be so impressive, but you are getting twice the caffeine load!. Not so good for your kidneys!. It takes 23 days for your body to cleanse itself of one can of the stuff!. That is because it takes 6 gallons to clean it out, and to drink 6 gallons of water would take approximately 23 days!. That is for one can!. Kidneys do not regenerate or heal themselves!. Once gone, you go on dialysis!.!.!.!.hooked up to a machine for 3 days a week!. Not a pretty picture!. Everything is bad for you in excess!. I generally drink 1-2 energy drinks a week, never Monster though because it tastes horrible, but drinking 1-2 a week wouldn't hurt you, 1 a day though wouldn't be very good though!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
ALL energy drinks are supose 2 be bad 4 u because of the suger and caffine!. a couple a week shouldnt be bad though!. just dont drink a thousand a day!!
