Green Tea / Caffeine 10 pts?!
does all green tea have caffeine in them!. I looked on the back of my green tea box to check it out and it said it was natural containing flavors!. On the ingredients it didn't say anything about caffeine!? I'm confused because I heard all green tea has caffeine!.

Yes, it does contain caffeine but like the lady before me answered, it has minimal amounts!. All teas do but the difference between them and coffee is that the amount of caffeine in them is so small that it won't cause withdrawals and headaches that coffee tends to do!. And green tea especially has many wonderful health benefits and antioxidants, so it's a good choice to drink!. My favorite is matcha green tea lattes and Tazo Zen (hot or cold)!. Drink up! :)

Unless it says decaffinated, it has caffine, but very minimal amounts!.
