I believe they use a strawberry syrup in addition to frozen strawberries!. The syrup is red!. The frozen strawberries probably don't do much to the color!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

But have you ever seen fresh strawberries in a Starbucks before!.
Most likely the strawberries they use are either frozen and some frozen strawberries do have artificial flavor or coloring added, just depends on the brand!.
