If you are drinking 2 - 2 liters a day you are probably knocking on the door to a high concentration of Diabetes!.

My mother got it first (her mom and dad both had it), then my dad was diagnosed with it!. (I told dad he had it, before the doctors told him!.)
I know that I'm on the threshold and I don't wish it on anyone!.
By cutting down to basically 1-2 pops a week, I know my bodies better off!.
Problem is our society is a sugar junkie world, so we see sugar products in everything we ingest!. WHY do mfgrs put sugar in food that doesn't even need it!?!?
I knew 2 women I worked with that drank pop all day long while we were at work!. Don't know where one is, but I know the one that drank all day and then went home and drank more is now DEAD!.
PLEASE, be careful and try to limit/wean yourself off as soon as you can, so you will be better able to handle the rest of what life hands you!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
