don't drink two red bulls a day!. it will cause anxiety and other problems to worsen!. stay away from energy drinks cause it will also cause you to have trouble sleeping and feeling tired!. they don't tell you the exact caffeine content on the cans but you should be able to find it on Wikipedia!. some say that energy drinks will cause you a uncertain kind of cancer!. but i am not exactly sure on this!.
