Question: Pros and Cons of Coffee!. Can you give me some!?
I love coffee! but am young
and would like to know what it does, and doesn't do for my body!.

pros: it helps u wake up, helps you stay up, helps you focus
cons: yellows teeth, you can build tolerance to it, expensive, makes u crash, you may become dependent on it!.

Well some studies have shown that coffee can protect against Parkinson's disease as well as Alzheimer's!. One of the big advantages as you already know is the boost to the central nervous system, some bodybuilders will drink strong coffee before a workout to improve their strength and endurance during the workout!.

Cons!. Coffee can give you the runs (basically make you sh*t)!. It also can give you heartburn!. Another things about coffee is that when the caffeine wears off you crash making you really sleepy and if you drink it too much then you can have caffeine withdraws and have headaches!.

Its ok for you to drink coffee but dont make a habit out of it!. A little here and there is perfectly fine!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Cons:

Most of the mal-effects of coffee only begin to kick in at the heavy-drinker levels!. Two cups a day or so seems to be safe enough and should still bestow the benefits!.

pros : it has antioxidants
it gives you energy while the caffeine lasts

cons: the caffeine causes cellulite
you can overdose if you drink too much
it affects the nervous system so if you drink too much all the time it can increase your anxiety

i don't think you should drink too much of it!. try drinking tea!. it's much healthier!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Um a con would defiantly be - make you jittery which isn't good, and can be a bit addicting- but not that bad!.!.!. don't know much more i don't drink and i really don't like it that much!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

i love coffee too but am too young also!. it makes you stop growing as fast as you did!. but if you drink it not too often it wont do anthing!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

PROS: Tastes good and gets you awake
