Answers:
My iced tea tends to be cloudy when it's cold!. It's a chemical reaction of particles in the tea!. Take a bit and put it on the counter to warm up and you'll see it clear up!. The particles are natural and don't affect the flavor!.

That said, the links below have some tips for how to minimize the cloudiness!. For example, if you have a lot of minerals in your water, you could try bottled water to make your tea!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

The Iced tea would appear hazy initially if you have shaken the iced tea in a shaker, but should eventually get clear!. It may also appear unclear if your tea has been sitting for a while and is not fresh enough!. Try out this excellent recipee of a simple iced tea, with a twang of lime and hint of mint!. It's both sweet and tart at the same time!. The lime juice will be much better flavoured if freshly squeezed!.
Ingredients:
1 quart water, boiling
4 tea bags
1 3/4 cups fresh mint leaves
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup lime juice
Preparation:
Mix tea bags, mint and sugar in hot water, and let steep for 15 minutes!. Strain out the tea bags and mint leaves!. Chill and add lime juice before serving!.
