1!. Green & white teas are best brewed at 180 degrees F, which is just below the boiling point!. At higher temperatures, and after about 5 minutes of steeping, the tea becomes very bitter!. Most green teas should steep about 3-5 minutes!. For weight loss, try steeping for about 5 minutes (the longer the tea steeps, more polyphenols are released)!.

2!. Many people do re-use teabags or tea leaves!. I tend not too, because I find the tea is less strong with subsequent brewings, but there's nothing wrong with using a tea bag a second time!.

3 & 4!. From the tea studies I've looked at, I don't recall anything about temperature or time of day having an effect!. I say any time of day is a good time for a hot cup of tea!. ;-) However, I would avoid commercially-produced green iced teas, as they contain high amounts of sugar and other preservatives!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

listen to prepare a delicious traditional and a healthy tee you should boil watter in a pan to put dried tea lives in a glass or a small dish pour some boiled watter only to rinse it and to take off the bitterness pour down the tee lives by adding mint lives in the rest quantity of boiled watter some sugar and start changing the mixture between the two pans till the lives emit a green color and a special odor put it on fire and let it boil again your tee is ready
thats true that you can lose weight by drinking tee but wath out you shouldn't drink it after meals directly cos it prevents your body from absorbing vitamins and mineralsWww@FoodAQ@Com

1: Yes, completely boiling!.
2: No, you can't re-use them!.
3!.1: Half an hour before a meal, so the nutrients are absorbed first!. 3!.2:Maybe before bed or at breakfast, since you burn fat while sleeping, and your metabolism kicks up in the morning
4: Warm; makes it easier for your body to process!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
