I have both! A folding one is best for putting in your bag as it can be folded down quite small but a full one tends to be a lot stronger but you have to carry it around with you ie!.it wont fit in your bag!.

I prefer a folding umbrella because it is much smaller, easier to carry with you, and can still be just as strong as a full one if you buy the right kind!. A full one is just too much to lug around, I'd almost rather get wet!. :)Www@FoodAQ@Com
