Am I suffering from caffeine withdrawal?!

Question: Am I suffering from caffeine withdrawal!?
For the past few weeks I've been having coffee at school to try to stay awake during classes!. I've had 1 cup about every second day or so for the past 2 weeks, and on weekends I don't have any!. Now I have a wicked headache!. Is it caused by caffeine withdrawal!?

There was a time when I used to drink coffee a lot more and I never had this!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
Yes, it does sound like you are suffering from no caffeine!. Too much caffeine intake can cause can cause restlessness, anxiety and poor sleep, too!. If you are truly trying to do without, you need to take it slow and drink alot of water to flush your system!. Taking Excedrin will just put caffiene back into your system!.
If you are just trying to deal with the headache, I suggest Advil as it is an NSAID instead!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

It could be!. Caffeine is pretty potent stuff!. But if you withdraw and get off the (mild) addiction, then it's more potent when you need it!.

If you want something that will bring you from collapsing in class to wide awake in 2!.3 seconds, try Dr Pepper -- but I would stay away from anything stronger (e!.g!. Jolt, Full Throttle, Red Bull, etc!.)Www@FoodAQ@Com

It is possible that you are having caffeine withdrawal!. Have you been drinking a different type of coffee!? If you are having bad headaches, flush your system with alot of water and less coffee!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
