What'll happen if i don't drink too mch water. mayb just one glass a day?!

You can get a fair amount of water from food and other drinks!. However, caffeinated and alcoholic drinks don't count as they actually dehydrate us!. Even with the water from food and drink 1 glass really is insufficient!.

it depends on the person and how much they sweat, personally i hardly drink water and only need it when i go for runs, even then i cant drink much!. but if people drink little water like i do your dehydrated all the time even if you don't think so!. You need at least drink 8 cups of water a day to stay hydrated, but me personally i cant even drink that much!. Www@FoodAQ@Com
