Coffee: Better yield from beans or pre-ground?!

By using freshly ground from beans your coffee will taste better due to the fact that the oils present in the beans have not dried up as they are in the pre-ground coffee!. Freshly ground coffee has more air content (hasn't settled in the container like pre-ground) so less coffee is used in your scoop!. Www@FoodAQ@Com
