i have to say that love coffee,stronger the better!.im actually espresso-holic! by the way the cold coffee is not as strong as hot one!.because the caffein just disappearing as time pass n specially when making cold one!.so u don hav to worry about caffein effect for ur mental or psysical damages at all!.just enjoy a few cup of coffee a day!.iv been drinking coffee more than ten cups everyday n iv never hav prob for sleep at all,doesnt affect me at all!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

And about coffee being bad for kids!.!.!.it does have alot of caffeine, and can be pretty addicting, and kids + caffeine = insanity!.!.sometimes, so, I guess it could disturb your sleep if you drink too much of it!.
If you really want some maybe ask him if you can drink decaf coffee!? It still has a little bit of caffeine, but not alot!.

Coffee as we know it isn't really healthy, because 99!.99% of the coffee we buy from stores is stale!. Most people don't know this, but coffee beans must be ground and used two weeks after being picked from the plant!. Coffee is bitter to us unless sugared mainly because it's stale!. It's old coffee!. The coffee companies won't tell you this, but it's true!. Coffee is actually a wonderful beverage if it's fresh!. But, fresh coffee is very expensive!. Want to play a major trick on someone!? Call up a coffee company and tell them your coffee tastes bitter and it's stale!. They'll freak! The majority of us haven't even tasted truly fresh coffee!. It's very sad!. I hear it's extremely good!

Don't drink it at night as it gives you alot of energy!. Have with breakfast if you need waking up!. Coffe is not good for you but can be bad for you if you consume too much!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
